I have had a wonderful time exploring Europe with my wife. We went on our first solo trip to Italy in 2018 and enjoyed learning about the different cultures of Italy together. It was so stress-free to embark on this tour with only a little planning.

I love traveling and take great pleasure in researching and planning my trips. I am fascinated with the Middle Ages, romanticism, and the various cultural heritages. I am thrilled to expand my knowledge about the history and heritage of the countries I visit.

We had eagerly waited for months for the day to arrive and the anticipation almost equaled the excitement of finally embarking on this vacation. We felt fortunate to celebrate our 25th anniversary with an exciting getaway, exploring the destinations featured in R.S. travel videos. In 2018, when we took a two-week vacation to Italy we poured over his videos and followed his travel tips to create our very own adventure. 1. Choices! R.S. Tours have so many options, shorter, longer, and do-it-your-way if you want your freedom of how to spend your time in each destination. The wonderful thing is that you still have half a day to do your own thing in each city on these tours.

2. I never knew that! Having a local tour guide, you will learn things, that a history book will never tell you. Your guide may have you walking away and re-thinking what you thought all your life. They have suggestions, and answers to any pre-trip ideas you may have and contacts to accommodate your wishes.

3. I don't have to worry about it! All the hotel accommodations, entrance tickets to various places, half the meals, and transportation to the next destination are covered. No maps, rental car, rental car fees if you return the car in a different country than your origin, getting lost, (arguing about getting lost), or standing in long lines to get into any of these amazing sites.

4. Wow! This isn't in any book I've seen! I never would've known to go to certain restaurants, or "must-see" places, without the guidance or suggestion of our tour guide, if we had been on our own.

5. How nice! Part of your vacation includes a tour guidebook featuring the countries you'll be going to and a money belt that is easily tucked inside your waist pants. The tour book was very useful to look over before the trip to get a layout of the cities you will be visiting, useful tips, websites, and even step-by-step instructions to get to a certain place, for adventuring out on your own.
